Hi I purchased a new phone this week and the 2 free gifts are earbuds and a watch. Do I wait for a text to be able to claim these? X

That offer is one directly through Samsung, so you don't need to wait for a text, you can make a claim online with Samsung.

You'll need to upload a proof of purchase, which can be a confirmation email if you ordered online or over the phone, the receipt if you ordered in store, or the paper slip that came with the phone with the order details.

If it asks for an invoice number, you can use the order number.

Hi. I also bought a S25 ultra that stated free watch and ear buds. When I click on the link you sent above it seems to only relate to the S24??

Please advise

Hi,

I've just got a Samsung S25 and the advert said I could claim two free gifts, Galaxy Buds and a Galaxy Watch 7. How do I make this claim? I can't see anything anywhere to help with this.
