Thanks why are messages coming from 1116 and not usual 150?

When do a search for this number no confirmation of EE now using this.

We do have some other numbers that are used for promotions @Angiesue.

You can usually tell it is genuine by the link in the message being to an ee.co.uk site.

Can I cancel an add on like this if after saying yes. Then realise it’s not what I wanted?
