    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finding this very frustrating as 150 can't help after multiple calls, they just end up putting me through to TNT who say it's an EE issue. Discovery plus also say its an EE issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried everything suggested on here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cleared cache, different browser, private relay off, vpn off, using mobile data, using desktop, resetting discovery plus password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing works, so im paying for something I can't use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can try that I haven't already?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having similar issues since November 2024. Unfortunately, EE is incapable of fixing this known issue (known since at least 2023).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made a post &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-app-and-website/4-Months-Without-Account-Access-or-TNT-Sports-No-Resolution-from/td-p/1514708" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; FWIW.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
