Inclusive extra not working.

I just started up a new contract on Wednesday - full works iPhone 16 and I was able to add on TNT sport as an inclusive extra. So I done this and it shows on my account the add on is there. However I’ve had no link to activate this extra. I have all the tnt & discovery apps and accounts. But nothing is saying anything about my EE extra. Can anyone remedy this, why am I not getting this added on already? The EE app is not helpful. It just shows my contract and the add ons but nothing to actually activate it.
