Welcome to the community.

You'd be able to add a discount to an eligible plan within the first 30 days of the contract.

When did you take out the new plan?

Have you registered for a NHS discount code on our Perk site?

I am also trying to do this. I have registered for NHS perks and had a text saying it’s been added but my bill hasn’t changed

When you say you've had a text saying it has been added, did you give the discount code when applying or by speaking to our team over the phone?

I am also having the same issue. I went into store and upgraded my contract with a phone. The man in the shop told me to go to EE nhs discounts and get a code to receive 20% off my sim. I have a code but can’t see where I need to input this information.

can anyone help please?

I rang EE. They were very helpful and did it over the phone for me. You just need to give them the code.
