Hi , I have just upgraded my phone. I previously paid separately for Apple Music family through apple subsciptions. I now get Apple Music within my monthly plan , is the family still covered in this or how do I upgrade my current Apple Music within my re contract to family without forking out an extra £16.99 ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the community.

The Apple Music subscription through your EE plan is the individual plan only and is not able to be upgraded to the family plan.

If you did want to have the family plan still, the only option would be to continue to subscribe to that directly through Apple.
