Can only EE mobile contract/SIM customers purchase from the store?

To clarify, I'm looking to buy an accessory, but when I click the shop link it takes me to a page where I need to log my mobile or broadband account. Thanks

Yes, you need to be a pay monthly EE mobile customer to purchase an add to plan product.

Hello, do you have to be a mobile pay monthly or Can you just pay monthly for a Sim to add on other stuff please?

SIM only customers can also take add to plan products if their account is eligible.
