New user trying to activate Apple One

I have tried to activate the Apple One subscription which is included in my plan but I keep getting an error message saying “unable to verify this number…”.

Any clues?

@Tchogi Did you port a number over to EE? Does your number show correct in Settings/Apps/Phone ?

Do you have Apple One showing in your EE account add-ons?

Are you trying to activate Apple One by going into the device Settings > Apple ID (name at the top of settings) > Subscriptions > EE Plan Benefits?
