&lt;P&gt;If it is showing that is coming from another company, the charge is coming from Netflix, so it isn't something we can stop. The best thing I can suggest would be to contact Netflix again and escalate it with them as they are charging to your bill.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't seem to be able to start new post. My problem is with Netflix add on to mobile bill. I cancelled Netflix months ago but I am still being charged for it. According to Netflix my account was cancelled last August. I asked EE to stop paying Netflix any further subscription payments. They say they can't do that.&amp;nbsp; I am astounded that they can use my direct debit payment to pay for a cancelled subscription and I or they can't stop it. I am seriously considering going elsewhere&amp;nbsp; for my service then I can cancel my direct debit and stop unauthorised payments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How does the Netflix charge appear on your bill? Is it showing as an add-on underneath your plan, or is it listed in a section for 'Charges from other companies'?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you added it to your EE bill, did you do it through Netflix to charge to your EE bill or was it added directly with EE?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks for your reply it comes as a charge to other companies. When I started with EE I was told the Netflix was free part of the deal. I have paperwork that shows that. When I realised I was being charged in May 2024 I cancelled Netflix. I have a statement from Netflix showing this. Some how with out me noticing I was being charged through EE for Netflix. As soon as I noticed I asked EE to stop paying. They said they can’t only Netflix can cancel. I am astounded that I can pay for a service I don’t want or use and the people charging me . ie EE can’t stop it.&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix have cancelled my subscription again and I am being refunded 1 month subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Outlook for iOS&amp;lt;&amp;gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Michael, I am still unhappy that EE can make payments without telling me. I think this payment to other companies is flawed and really wants looking at. I accept the fault is ultimately with Netflix but the subscription was paid via EE who basically shrugged their shoulders when I tried to stop it. I was also paying full price of £17.99p so didn’t gain anything by going through EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
