Hi,

I recently updated my phone to the s24 and I am entitled to a free chromebook. However, where do I find the invoice number and what can I use for proof of purchase?

Thanks for coming to the community.

As @Chris_B mentioned, you should be able to see this on the letter that came in the packaging with the new phone if it was ordered online or over the phone, or the receipt if it was in store.

If you don't have that, you can give our customer service team a call and they'll be able to get the details for you.
