I'm trying to claim my free chromebook and it's asking where I bought the phone and EE isn't an option on the list. How do I navigate this? @

Which phone is it you're looking to claim this with?

I've had a check over the claims page for this over at https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/chromebookgoGWP, and I can see EE in the listed retailers.

There are quite a lot of options though, so you may need to scroll down.

Also if you don't have one already, if you reach out to our customer care team, they can get you a proof of purchase sorted too!

Hi Michael,

It's an S24 and I got it on the 11/01/25 - the advisor who helped me with
the phone told me I could claim a chrome book and the offer is on the EE
website.

You can head over to the Samsung New Year Offer redemption page, and you'll be able to claim for the Chromebook.

Sure @Charlton41.

If you ordered online or over the phone, it would be showing on the slip that was in the packaging when it arrived (it may show a receipt number).

If it was taken in an EE store, it would be on the receipt the store gave you.

If you no longer have access to it, give our customer service guides a call, and they can get the number for you.

I have the in store receipt. I just don't know which number on it is the
invoice number specifically. Is it the VAT ID Number, the transaction
number or is it the long number at the bottom of the receipt?

The transaction ID would be the best one to use @Charlton41
