Questions about Apple Music

This week I got Apple music as an add on and have the app on my phone with no issues.

However I wanted to use apple music on my laptop and/or PS5 through the app but it asks for my apple account details. As far as I can tell I have no apple account...on my phone under account it just uses my phone number.

So my question is...is this method of having Apple Music different to if I was to go and take out a subscription off my own back?

The main reason I wanted to have it was to transfer all my playlists from Spotify but again it wants me to log in to apple music to do it.

@Savonffc You most definitely do have an Apple account, you can not setup the EE offer if you don’t have one as it has to be applied to an Apple account to get it.
