Are you on a phone contract or SIM only? Depending on the plan and contract length, you may not be able to revert back to an All Rounder plan after changing to the Full Works plan.

I'm currently on 'full works' and have the google one add-on
I'm an EE One customer, and was already paying for 2TB Storage + NEST, so this made sense as only £1 more

One thing I didnt realise was that moving to this package lost my outstanding direct-purchased google one plan - ie the 1-2 weeks outstanding. Annoying but it's happened.

I'm interested in trying google gemini advanced, which is only available with 'full works' (or I could drop down to essentials)

If I want to go from All rounder -> full works are there any particular timing concerns or issues with making the move, beyond having had the all rounder for 30 days at least?
If I then wanted to revert back full works->all rounder, are there any further issues - beyond having to stay there for 30 days?

has anyone tried gemini advanced? How have you found it compared to the flash models available free? Or compared to say chatgpt?

Sim only - with EE one (ie broadband), so it's all 30 day contracts 🙂

Thanks, @planetf1b

Price plan changes (downward) on 30 day plans can depend on a few account related factors. Your best bet would be to speak with our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and advise you best.
