Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you selected the 'forgotten log in details' option on the Login | EE page?

You would need to enter the email address you originally used to register for the perk account.

Hello Yes multiple times but it’s not allowing me to reset password It’s saying account deactivated

Thanks for the quick reply and the extra details @Park23

If the account is deactivated, the reset password won't work for you the account would need to be reset for you to register for a new perk account.

To do this, please give us a call on 150 and the team can complete a webform for the perk team to get this sorted for you.
