It is not possible for one of our guides to change the Microsoft account once it has already been activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the email address I use to sign into EE is the same one associated with my Xbox account. I have another email address (Gmail) which Ive used for other Microsoft apps such as Skype but not on the xbox or through EE. Somehow my game pass has been setup on my Gmail account so I guess it's a mistake somewhere between EE and Microsoft. Can my game pass be transferred to the correct email address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/410605"&gt;@leighanneh27&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With the Game Pass activation process through ee.co.uk/xbox , it wont automatically use your EE e-mail, once you hit the activate button it will take you to Microsoft where you enter whichever e-mail you want to redeem the Game Pass for.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have redeemed the offer on a Microsoft account it is not possible to switch it to another Microsoft account. If you have the Game Pass as an inclusive extra or a chargeable monthly add-on, you would be able to remove it and re-add it then go through activation again and use the other account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is one of the 12 or 24 month bundles unfortunately it wont be possible to switch Microsoft accounts if the offer has already been redeemed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So just to confirm, after a month I can switch to another inclusive perk then after that month, I can switch back to the Xbox game pass and re-activate it using the email address I want? I can't call EE and they can change the email address now for me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
