Ee perks email password not working

Hi I’m trying to access my EE perks discount I’ve registered my work email and it’s asking me to log in then showing I’m using the wrong password it’s not sending a link to re set I’ve tried all day several methods how can I get my discount code please

Hi I’ve tried registering with a different email, tried calling they said oh you need to email we perks but there is no email address
