Hi could someone please help me my account is saying deactivated and I have tried ringing ee and they told me that I need to speak with my hr team?!? Which isn’t going to be true.. nhs have enough issues without having to deal with EE perks… please help someone

can someone tell me how to reactivate my EE perks please as I would like to upgrade but need to get into this system - not used for 2 years as only use it when upgrading
