      <title>Inclusive Extras not available after upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded my SIMO plan to the Full Works package. With this, it states I get one inclusive extra like Google One AI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go into my account and to the add-ons/extra tab, it appears as though I don't have anything to choose and it reads like I don't get one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I missing something, or is there a delay before I can choose my extra after an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Image underneath is what I am seeing in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="TBurdon_0-1733132917985.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/35682i060C59F8EF12C66B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="TBurdon_0-1733132917985.png" alt="TBurdon_0-1733132917985.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TBurdon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If needed, they can get a ticket raised if they can't get the inclusive extras added for you.&lt;/P&gt;
