Apple TV not available as Inclusive Extra

According to the EE website "We offer Apple TV+ as an Inclusive Extra on our Full Works and All Rounder iPhone plans." yet I have just signed up for an All Rounder SIM on a 12m contract and am not able to select Apple TV+ as my Inclusive Extra.

How can I resolve this issue?

If you text PICK to 150, which options show for the Inclusive Extra?

@Jonty303 It’s not available to sim only. The all rounder sim only gives you Netflix not Apple TV+

You gave a sim only contract that’s not the all rounder iPhone contract as that includes the device also as it’s a full device contract.

I have just upgraded to an All Rounder iPhone SIM mainly to get an Inclusive Extra with the Unlimited Data as a bonus but when I go to choose an Extra it says none are available and sending PICK to 150 says 'Looks like you're not on one of our Smart Plans'
What is wrong?

Do you have any Inclusive Extra's available?, I can't seem to have any available, I wanted to try Apple TV+ or Apple Music.

People who have signed up to Full Works SIM plans as part of the Black Friday offer are unable to use any of the Inclusive Extras.
