I have left printed 28 days until my contract ends and I would like to upgrade but I got an error on your website #Internal Server Error

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble when trying to upgrade.

Are you seeing the same error when trying to upgrade on both the EE app and your main online account?

Have you tried using a different browser page?
