just to cut things short i bought an xbox series S console as an add-on item (i cant even remember the year) which came with 2 years game pass sub, paid it off, finished my contract.. ive just checked my microsoft account and it auto renews 10/2/2025!! there is no way to cancel it when it opens the EE login.

just hoping it doesn't come back to bite me with a bill of some sort, which obviously i wont be paying. has anyone had this issue?? cheers!!!!

How long ago is it that you cancelled all of your contracts, and do you have any other products active with us?

Normally we'd recommend that control of your Xbox account will transfer back to Microsoft within 30 days of cancellation.
