Can’t activate TNT sports

I am unable to activate TNT Sports. Every time I enter my phone number and code, it keeps on saying there is a new technical issue. I even use my mobile data to go through this process but still nothing.

Welcome to the community.

Could you try doing it when connected to mobile data, rather than WiFi please? Please also make sure, if you have a VPN, that it's not active.

I have tried all of this and still no resolution! My advisor on the chat was no further help, I find the “inclusive extra” a complete waste of time

I am sorry that you are having trouble getting your TNT Sports inclusive extra set up.

Can you give me a bit more information about what happens when you are trying to activate it?

I had this issue. Tried via no VPN and not on WIFI still didn’t work. I then realised Apple has private relay (this is like a built in VPN) deactivated this while activating and work straight away with no issues

Same issue for me
