Hi I wonder if someone could help me please?

I phoned up EE gave them 2 codes for 20% off & they were both rejected. How do I apply the codes please?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you get the codes from the Blue Light site, or were they from our Perk portal?

The only reason I ask is that Blue Light codes can only be applied online, and not with our guides over the phone.

Who is it you work for? If your employer is signed up to our Perk scheme, you can register to get up to 5 codes a year to use for yourself or give to friends and family members.
