Hi.

I have the Microsoft 365 Inclusive Extra activated on my account. Has been on there since January 2024, even went through the activation through ee.co.uk/microsoft and used it a few times since.

I noticed recently on the Microsoft side that my subscription is expired after trying to access some word documents on my phone.

On the Microsoft 365 subscriptions page it says my subscription expired in May 2024.

Not sure how to reactivate this as the perk is active on my EE account. If I switch to another perk I need to wait a month to switch back which isn't ideal.

Any suggestions before I contact Microsoft? I expect that they would tell me to contact EE to sort and want to avoid ping pong between them.
