My ID still processing over 48hrs I need this code never had a problem before taking forever to sort been with ee for a longtime and with ee perks as well

I don't believe the team work weekends, so it may go a little over the standard 48 hours.

If you haven't heard anything in the next day or so, the best option would be to speak to our billing guides who can raise a webform with the Perk team.
