Hi, I’m going to New York next week, and I am looking at data options. I have a monthly bundle that I purchase on a rolling basis so not on a monthly contract with EE. I was wondering if I am still able to purchase the Roam Further Pass (£25) in this case. If I am, and my monthly data bundle resets 2 days after I get there will this delete the add on, or is it 30 days from the date of purchase?

The Roam Abroad Pass, as it's now called, is only available on contract. You are on PAYG, so not available to you.

Its charging structure is a bit complicated but I won't explain it here as not pertinent to you.

Not for outside EU. Outside the EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/usa > PAYG.

As you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.
