Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

My NHS perks account is saying the same thing that my account has been deactivated

I spoke to someone over the phone yesterday but they didnt even know what the NHS perks is... please help 😞
