Free Galaxy Tablet & Ear Buds

Last weekend I upgraded two phones one being to an S24 Ultra that I should be able to claim a free Galaxy Tablet and the other an S23 FE to which I should be able to claim Galaxy Buds and £100 cashback, however I cannot find anywhere how I go about claiming for these items, any assistance would be gratefully received, thanks.

The next issue I have is that after upgrading at the EE shop I didn't get proof of purchases (Invoice or similar) that I now require to enable my claim, do you know how I can get a copy of a proof of purchase?

If you have no proof of purchase, give us a call on 150 or message us via the app and one of our guides can send you out a proof of purchase via e-mail to help with your claim.
