Upgrade 6 months free apple tv

I've recently upgraded my phone with the apple tv benefit however when checking the ee app i only have apple music showing. I spoke to a chat agent who said they have put apple tv onto my account however when looking at the add-ons in the app it still only shows apple music also when texting 150 tv plus it doesnt provide the activation code it just tells me how long the apple tv subscription is going to last for. I'm trying to follow the android setup guide on the ee website.

I have just upgraded and have Apple TV as a benefit, it shows on my account, but do I active apple TV? i would like to use my Apple email account if possible.

Have you tried to activate this using mobile data and making sure any WiFi is switched off?

That can often do the trick 😊
