Hello. i have upgraded my phone from Samsung Galaxy A54 To Samsung Galaxy. S24 Ultra. For my existing Number . The Bundle should come with a Samsung Chromebook. Which i cant seem to claim. All This was done 18/09/2024.

Great to hear you have recently upgraded with us to the S24 Ultra, I hope you are enjoying the new phone.

There is an offer on to get a Galaxy Chromebook Go with this phone at the moment, it is claimed directly with Samsung from here Home - Samsung Promotions (samsungoffers.claims) Is this where you have been trying to submit your claim?
