      <title>Having issues with my bt sport/tnt subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my add ons is a media package, so this month I’ve switched my Apple Music to bt sport or now it’s called tnt sports, it won’t work, it keeps telling I need to upgrade from a lite pack, can someone please help me, it’s very annoying and I want to watch the football tomorrow afternoon. Just to add I’m not watching it in the tv or casting it, it is just on my phone. I’ve also logged out and logged back in, I’ve also logged back into my ee account to make sure that’s the package I’ve picked, all that is good , just don’t know what else to do. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi james, I have tried to activate it, and I’m just going round in circles, I’ve gone back onto the bt sport app, it says i don’t have an active tnt account, so I’ve gone onto discovery+ , onto the sport, signed in, then it’s asking me to upgrade to watch the football, so I click on activate discovery+ sport , then activate my account, and then back to where I was at the beginning, just rang support and they were no help, I’ve got to get in touch with discovery+ myself, can you shed some light on this at all, crazy I’m paying for something I can’t use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry James I Can’t believe that comment…you only have to search through the EE forums to see that there is a problem logging into tnt&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you please look into it and actually try and help people that can’t log in? I’d be interested to know as I too cannot log into tnt!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to activate your TNT Sports subscription through this &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus" target="_blank"&gt;discovery+ activation page&lt;/A&gt;. You should then be able to log into the discovery+ app to watch TNT Sports.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have done that and you're still having problems, I'd recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Technical Support team&lt;/A&gt; so they can check everything from our end for you.&lt;BR /&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yer I’ve try to activate it about 10 times, the technical support team knew less than I did, there is a lack of understanding from technical support, the language barrier makes it 10 times worse, anyone reading this my advice is go to your nearest EE shop and get it sorted in store, that’s what I’ve had to do today, 1 hour 30 mins round trip, the guy fixed it in about 5 minutes, he also admitted there is an issue and it will hopefully get better and will fix the issue. Technical support had me emailing discovery+ to try and sort it, 7 days to fix it, like I said go into the store, very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;He just got me to make a discovery+ account which i had already done, it wouldn’t work, I signed in again about 3 times and then it just came on, and I said to him “what did you do?” He just said “nothing really”, but he said he’s had to do that for quite a few people, he said because I’d done everything already, the only thing left was to keep logging in and out, which to be fair I had already done about 20 times. My personal opinion, wait it out and keep trying it, I’m not saying that’ll work for everyone, don’t bother ringing technical, go into store, if there’s something not quite right I’m sure they’ll sort it, just a shame there’s a technical advice number and it’s about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, never used to be, I’ve always found EE technical very helpful, but this time time is the first time I’ve rung up and not been able to understand properly what they are saying due to there English being very basic (that was 3 different people) also telling me it was something I was doing and I needed to sort it with discovery+, in the end it was an EE employee who fixed it, hope this is of some help to anyone reading it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
