I've just bought a package that included free Fitbit Premium membership. Can anyone tell me how to set that up? I already have a Fitbit account, so need now to upgrade to Premium using this add-on.

Hi Rach,

Yes, I have the Google 2TB add on, which includes Fitbit Premium. Lots of information when buying packages, but no information on how to set up or access them once purchased 😬

It's part of an All-Rounder package.

@Tiglet Thanks for confirming those details, when you have Google One selected as your benefit you should get a text which directs you to ee.co.uk/googleone follow the steps there and you will be able to activate the Google One benefit including Fitbit Premium.

You can see if you do have it selected as your benefit already by visiting the Plans and Add-ons> Inclusive Extras part of your online account or by texting SWAP to 150.

Thank you Alex, I found the link to activate but get an error message, saying EE doesn't comply with Google policy.

This does seem odd @Tiglet. Do you see the same error when you go to this page in another browser?
