Apple music add on link error

Hi. Just upgraded my phone and package to include Apple music as an inclusive add on. As others have posted the EE link just takes me to the general Apple music sign up.

Is there an easy fix? I'd really like to avoid calling up to be on hold for 45mins/hour several times as others have done! Already done this separately this week.

Any help is appreciated. It does show in the EE app as an included add on.

Thanks for coming to the community.

The link will take you to sign up with Apple, do you get a message advising you will be charged?

If you are using an iPhone, can you go into the iPhone Settings, then iCloud and Subscriptions, do you have Apple Music showing?
