I have purchased a Google pixel 8 with a promo to claim a free Asus Chromebook Flip. A link to claim this hasn't been sent to me, how do I get to the right place? Thanks

Claim Here as of 17th August (Minimum of 14 days/Maximum of 45 days after you have received your Device)

Thank you for this, I was advised I would get a link 24hrs after purchase to claim the free gift. I am assuming the 14 day wait is to ensure it passes the returns window?

If I have purchased this today and have to wait the 14 days to claim it will be past the 17th of August?

Yes. You can claim 14 days as of today. The 17th is the FIRST day you could claim, I assume they went on sale and some would have purchased it around the 3rd.

@killyouridols08 is bang on the money here, the 17th of August is the date that the window first opens for claims.

You have a 30 day window from once you've had the device for more than 14 days, so if you purchased this on the 13th you would personally have between the 28th of August the 27th of September to claim.

The promotion lasts until the 30th of September, so the claims window will vary from customer to customer depending on when their order was placed.

If you get in touch with our billing guides, they can get a proof of purchase sent over that you can then use to claim the ASUS Chromebook Flip.
