Hi all Just a question do you still offer Trade in for you old phone I want to trade in my S24 for the S24 Ultra will the monthly cost go down or will it stay the same for example say I trade in my S24 for the ultra and get a new phone and contract will the monthly cost go down or stay the same even when I have traded it for a new phone and contract ?

I've just gone ahead and set this up as a new thread so we can make sure you're getting the most up to date information with this.

Depending on the kind of contract you're currently on, you can sometimes use upgrade anytime to switch to a new phone and plan early at a reduced upgrade cost.

The actual cost of your new plan will depend on what phone you're switching to, but we do require you to select an equivalent or higher data allowance.

You can check if you're eligible now by sending us a message with UP to 150.
