    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Pathetic service from EE that this issue has not been resolved for customers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I ordered Discovery + on Wednesday 7 Aug, was told it would be available immediately; confirmation email then said by 11.59 on 7 Aug; here we are on 10 Aug and I’m still getting the message “This service isn’t working right now we’re working hard to get it up and running…”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Worst of all, when I spoke to Customer care I’ve been told they have to send ‘paperwork’ to the off-line team to resolve this and could I give them until next Tuesday! Really?!! is this the best you can do? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’m hoping there is someone competent enough to sort this for me please. I was even told that I would have to call EE back to check that the issue was being progressed. Don’t think I’ve ever experienced a worse service, and then to come on here and see it is happening to others is so disappointing. Why can Netflix, Sky, Amazon etc. make it look so easy? EE should be embarrassed!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If I do need to call back on Tuesday, it will be to cancel. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I try the link supplied by Ali_A above it asks for an EE phone number which I don’t have - I was a BT Broadband customer migrated to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have also tried with a PIN through the website with WiFi on and off - neither working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just fixed this, the PIN is a way to log you in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;instead, log into your EE account and have it open in a tab. Then click the link they sent you to set up. You’ll bypass the PIN page (I did) and go straight to sign up where it is super easy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly the same pin issue for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using Discovery+ successfully for well over a year through my EE contract. All of a sudden last night it stops working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8an this morning I get a text from EE saying "&lt;EM&gt;Hi from EE. We've removed your TNT Sports from discovery+ Inclusive Extra. You can manage your extras in the EE app. Thanks.&lt;/EM&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5pm tonight I get another text from EE "&lt;EM&gt;Hi from EE. You've added TNT Sports from discovery+. Go to ee.co.uk/TNTsports to activate it. If you're using an Apple iOS device, please switch off WiFi before activating. Thanks.".&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following the link causes the pin issue. Using a browser on mobile or PC results in the classic EE site blank page or "BLOCKED".       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ali, I tried the link but after inputting the PIN i get a message saying that there is nothing to activate. However on the EE app it mentions that I need to activate discovery +&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
