EE perk not recognising police email addy

Hi, anyone have an idea on how to get ER to recognise my forces email address? They are on the list of approved forces, but the registration won't have any of the email address.

What should i be doing?

How is it you're trying to register here? Is it through the dedicated Perk Portal, or through BeansID?

Also have you had a chance to try registering using an ID bandge instead? You can do this with any email address.

Through the EE perk portal. My force is listed there,but it won't accept my personal police force email address.

I saw I could use my ID,but just wondered why it wasn't recognising my email..I. cant be the first

Thanks for confirming that, @F0xyX.

I'd recommend giving our customer care team a call so we can get this flagged with our Perk team and make sure we've looked at every option we can here.
