Recently got BT broadband - Can I transfer mobile plan to the BT customer offer?

Hi All,

Recently got myself BT broadband and unbeknownst to me, EE have a partnership with exclusive deals.

My current contract is out of term and I would like to renew with EE but I want to be able to take advantage of my BT customer discount that they are currently offering.

Would it be a simple change of plan or would I need to sign up for a new plan and port my number elsewhere and back again?
