Apple TV 6 month trial with broadband

I am unable to activate this, I click on start activation but do not even get to apple.com.

i changed my default browser from safari to Google but made no difference.
any ideas please

EE appears to want activation to be done via EE app.

However, same happens when trying to activate via App.

So no help, but in case you get 'runaound'

Do you have Apple TV+ showing as an add-on in your EE app?

If so, what happens if you try and activate Apple TV+?

Thank you, this has now been resolved but took a while, passed from pillar to post.
there was an error when we upgraded from bt to ee, thus had to be fixed by their offline team and Apple TV added on manually
