Inclusive Extras

I have just logged into my EE account for the first time and am trying to add inclusive extras. On the website it says things like Apple TV+ would be an option, but when I go to add them on my account there are only a few options there. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I don’t, I just get the option of Netflix or TNT Sports.
