It may be worth speaking with our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can check to see if we can do this from our side.

I got an offer through a text that EE sent me offering Apple One for 6 months. I took up the offer but didn’t realise it would downgrade my Apple Music subscription from Family to Individual. I cancelled the Apple One offer because it inconvenienced my family and their music listening. However it says that the subscription will end in a weeks time and not immediately. My family still can’t use Apple Music in that time. Is there a way of making it immediate?
