I'm trying to upgrade my s22 ultra to an s24 ultra choosing the plan with 1 inclusive extra. However when getting to the page to add the inclusive extra it's just paid ones like roaming? I want game pass ultimate. When I last upgraded my phone I got to choose game pass straight away. What's happening? Also the ee website is abysmal, constantly freezing and crashing. 🤦‍♀️

@Jfkf8098 : Don't see what the problem is. By getting the add-ons as Inclusive Extra you are paying for them as part of the plan fees instead of buying them on the fly as & when.

Sorry if my question didn't make sense. My problem is the add ons on this page(image seems to be bad quality for some reason), and the fact there is no xbox game pass. The rest of the options are for cyber security. Is gamepass available for selection later on? I just want to be sure it can be selected before I choose this plan.

Hi @Jfkf8098,

That looks like the chargeable add-ons section in your image, rather than Inclusive Extras.

You should be able to continue to select your Inclusive Extra.

Sorry still confused as this is the next page before checkout ☹️ just the insurance. Am I not able to choose the extra yet? I'm just unsure if the way you choose inclusive extras has changed because when I upgraded to my current phone 2 years ago I was able to select game pass before the check out page

You can manage your inclusive extras through your EE Online account/EE App once it is activated.
