I have an EE perk code that I wanted to use when I upgraded my phone, but I don't seem to be able to add this anywhere. The last time I used it (an old code) I was able to contact help team and they were able to add it on, any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

There's a 'got a voucher code' box at the checkout when upgrading, that's where you put the code in. If you've already upgraded, our Mobile Care team can add the discount for you within the first 30 days of your new plan.
