EE perk code not working on both the app and website

Hello,

I have recently tried and failed to add 3 codes to get the 20% discount to upgrade my phone.

It keeps coming up with code not verified or Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.

I have tried deleting cookies, etc but to no avail
