XBox Gaming Bundle

I have an Add-On titled 'XBox Gaming Bundle' on my account, it seems to have replaced the Game Pass ultimate subscription I had when I upgraded my phone.

However it doesn't tell me what the bundle offers and my game pass ultimate subscription ended when I upgraded. Has anyone else come across this?

I've read there are other versions of the XBox Gaming Bundle (XBox Gaming Bundle S and XBox Gaming Bundle X) but I have neither of those.

Hi @Veetox,

Gaming bundle add-ons are usually a package that include a console.

I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 who'll be able to check why the description has changed on your bill and why you're no longer able to access your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your Games Pass. Have you tried speaking to our customer care team yet?
