Unable to choose Microsoft 365 personal as included perk?

Background:

I had MS 365 Personal on my main numbers for many months now, before upgrading /Full Works with 3 included Perks/

I have option to choose this same perk on another number (1 included perk only - therefore supplement first number with different perk obviously)

I recently upgraded my main number from SIMO Full Works, to Device Full Works, presumably with option of 3 perks to choose, but no, MS 365 Personal is not able to be one of them (despite on second number it's still as option).

Are there some kind of tiers, when not all Full Works are same?

@Leanne_T nope, it's full works w/ Android device...

However, one of the Guides from Newcastle was able to sort that for me...

ok, I moved TNT Sports on main number, and activated MS Office 365 on second number as inclusive perks, but perhaps, I have it now all
