I've waited 9 days and heard nothing, surely it shouldn't take that long to be verified.

I've waited 9 days and heard nothing, all it keeps saying is it can take upto 48 hours. 9 days later it's still the same status.

The quickest way to get this looked into would be by speaking with our customer care team who have the ability to raise a webform for this to be looked into.
