Getting Texts Add On

Why is the online facility to get the Text Add Ons down for all this time?

I can no longer send a message to get the Add On so rely on the useless website to do so!

All I want is the 200 Texts Add On but EE seem to be unable to provide it!

Have you tried texting ADD TEXTS to 150?

I have tried this already. I get a message back saying that that they are not available on a 3G phone. This is despite going into an EE shop, upgrading my sim and being told by the person there that the new sim is 5G! I have no faith in EE at all, they do not even respond to complaints or queries.

I understand that you would prefer to do this by text, but are you able to add it through the EE App/EE Online desktop site?

None of these suggestions work and EE obviously don't give a toss. One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

What was the full response you received from the text service, @zarbi35?

Did it say 3G phone, or 3G plan?
