Can any one tell me how you get the 365 add on? I got it free with my mobile plan but have not been sent any information on how to use it or log in to the account. Thanks

Did you get a message from 150 when you originally set up the add-on/inclusive extra?

Hi Christopher, I didnt get a message from 150, when Britbox was discontinued I had an email from EE to say that Microsoft would be available as an alternative add on. Hope this helps.

OK, thanks @ralphgreenwich

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they should be able to remove, then re-add the Microsoft add-on to trigger the activation message again. There's a live chat service in the help section of the EE App.
