EE perks password reset email not sending

Can someone please help?
I'm trying to reset my password for EE perks for NHS discount but I’m not receiving any emails on my personal or my work email?

Hi, it seems to be a common issue judging by all of the threads about this! I rang 150 and they’ve apparently reset my perks account and I will hopefully get a link to reset within 48hrs *fingers crossed *
